It is a smaller city so enjoying it on foot is easy.
From Florence you can easily visit the wonderful Tuscan countryside and enjoy the smaller medieval towns of the region. And of course for those who love food and wine, you are in heaven with world famous wineries and small quaint specialty shops and restaurants.
